An assistant for finding information and carrying out approved tasks in a personal Google account.
Alfred Personnel connects a private assistant environment to Google Calendar and Google Drive. It is for its operator’s personal use, not a public SaaS product. This website explains the integration; it does not provide access to the assistant.
What it does
- Google Calendar
- List and search calendars and events, answer scheduling questions, and make changes only after explicit user approval.
- Google Drive
- List and search files, retrieve relevant file information or contents, and make changes only after explicit user approval.
The currently supported Google integrations are Calendar and Drive. Other Google services are not part of this application’s current integration.
Access & control
The application currently uses full Calendar and Drive permissions, not read-only permissions. These are broad technical permissions; creating, editing, sharing, or deleting data still requires explicit user approval through the private assistant.
Google data and OAuth tokens are processed and stored in the operator’s private assistant environment. Selected relevant data may be sent to the configured AI provider to fulfill requests. Conversations and logs may retain data until deleted under local and provider settings.
The privacy policy explains data use, retention, deletion requests, and how to revoke access. No Google data is displayed on this public website.
